After 3 days the event of “My Family Showcase 08” at Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC) has been successful ended. All family’s members leaving the hall with happy and excited. It is the 3rd time for “My Family Showcase 08” event has been organized again by Expo Grand Consultancy (M) Sdn Bhd to bring excitement and full variety of family’s fair to the public. It was getting the good response and attracts 30,000 visitors to there between 3 days.
My Family Showcase is a great opportunity to let family gather together and spend time with the children so it was definitely enjoyed the different concept of hall under one roof so it was helped parent-children built the good relationship and communication.
The events has been officiated and launched by Y.B Datuk Robert Lau Hoi Chew, Deputy Minister of Housing and Local Government. This family fair was fulfill everyone needs. There were over 200 booths in the hall and the NGO support to enhance the excitement of the event. It was offer the education and learning, fast moving consumer goods, leisure, hobby, and many more. The events had brought different excitement to the family and easy to identify the right product at the right place in the hall.
The Main Contest “Colouring Contest” has been grab 400 kids to participate. There was successful collect total RM4000 from the registration fee and proceed to World Vision Malaysia for Myanmar Cyclones Victims.
My Family Showcase start from 10.30am to 8.00pm. The event’s highlights for the 3 days include free physical breast examination, free dental and medical checkup for family. The contests such as colouring contest, children multi talent search contest, dress up contest, and go green recycle contest. It was also had some seminar by NGO and the breastfeeding talk and other more activities.
The Fire Escape Workshop has been successfully grabbing over 700 children to participant it. It was the number of children out of expected. Free gift sponsor by Fipcom finish given within 3 days.
The response for the redemption such as goodies bags, free gift, and the discount coupons were finished during the exhibition and not even lasted the whole 3 days. From the feedback of the visitors, they feel very happy and satisfied with the redemption goods that organizer gives them.
“This is our 3rd year in organizing My Family Showcase which has finally kicked off today after 8 months of preparation. The effort put in from the teams and support from all the exhibitors and NGOs is what really made this event a success.
